At 10:30 am of March 26, two units of 50 Vehicles / 960 Passengers Ro-Pax Feery built for Guangdong Shuangtai Group were steel-cut, which are also the 5^th and 6^th vessels been steel-cut this year.

From Jan to March this year, the production situation of Kouan Shipyard is gratifying with 17 milestones have been completed, among them Six vessels been delivered (one unit of 76,000T Bulk Carrier, One unit of 51,000T Bulk Carrier, Three units of 46 V / 999 P Ro-Pax Ferry and One Unit of 4000HP azimuth Tug), Six vessels been steel-cut (One unit of 39000T MPP, one unit of 38000T General Cargo Ship, two units of 46 V / 999 P Ro-Pax Ferry, two units of 50 V/ 960 P Ro-Pax Ferry) with Industrial Output of RMB 500M.

So far, our existing orders are 53 with total deadweight of 3.5M and contractual value of abt USD 8.8 billion. Production has partly been loaded till 2017, which indicates a general promising situation. The current production imbalance is expected to be fundamentally changed till May. After than, the production could be in full speed.
