In the morning of Oct 17, the keel-laying ceremony of the first 4350TEU Container Vessel (TC0207) built for Dubai owner was held at Taizhou CATIC. General Manager, Mr. Cai Aiguo and leaders from relevant departments attend the ceremony and witnessed by photos with owner’s representatives and class surveyors.

4350TEU is a full grid type, single propeller, diesel engine driven, ocean container vessel. It is another new container type vessel after 3820 TEU container vessel. The main particulars of the Vessel: Loa: 239.9M; Bm: 37.30M; Dm: 19.50M; Design Draft: 11.50M; Design Speed: 20.2 Knots; Class: GL; Main Engine: MAN G type with character of low fuel oil consumption, big deadweight, shallow draft; wide suitability etc, and meet the new requirement of lashing, RSCS, and EP-D/EP-O, is a real energy-saving, green, environment friendly vessel.
