On May 14, the global first ever green dolphin 38 series – GD 38K Bulk Carrier was delivered at Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

At 8:58 am on May 14, the Delivery & Acceptance Ceremony for one GD 38K Bulk Carrier (Hull No.TK1010) built for American Owner was held. S/Y General Manager, Mr. Guo Chaoyi, Secretary of Party Committee Mr. Chen Jianguo and other leaders attended the ceremony together with owner’s representatives and Class Surveyors. Shipyard Deputy General Manager, Mr. Yang Chun and owner’s representative executed on relevant documents.

In July 2013, shipyard successfully signed the Shipbuilding Contract with this American owner for 15 units of GD38K BC, which was the biggest in number for one series in shipyard history. The vessel features the character of energy saving, high reliability, easy performance, easy maintenance etc.
