On Aug 29, the Signing Ceremony for Two Units of 50 V / 999 P Ro-Pax Feery (Shuangtai No. 28 & 29) built for Guangdong Shuangtai, was held. Shipyard General Manager, Mr. Guo Chaoyi and Shuangtai President, Mr. Liu Zhuang attended the ceremony and signed on relevant documents for the effectiveness of the Contract.

These two new ferries are equipped with many owner’s specific requirement based on traditional Shuangtai series ferries, which is also the first domestic ferry in compliance with updated national defense standard. The construction period for these two ferries is 12 months and will put into operation between Guangdong Haian and Hainan Haikou.
