On Nov 5, the Signing Ceremony for one 700 Passengers Ro-Pax Ferry Newbuilding Project for Beibuwan Touring Co., Ltd was held at Guangxi Beihai. Shipyard General Manager, Mr. Guo Chaoyi and Chairman of the Buyer signed for the effectiveness of the Contract. This order is the first order secured ferry from Guangxi market after the successful occupancy of Qiongzhou Strait ferry market.

The Main Particulars of the Ferry: Loa: 118.80M; Lbp: 108.55M; Bm: 20.30M; Dm: 6.30M; Design Draft: 4.20M; Speed: 14.5 Knots; Passenger: 718 P; Vehicle: 300T; Class: CCS. The vessel is expected to be delivered within 13 months after the effectiveness of Contract and will be put into operation between Beihai and Haikou.

This ferry is a high end and the most luxury one so far at Beibuwan area to meet the requirement of deep explore of touring resource. Its service route is between Beihai to Sansha & Beihai to Vietnam. All passengers are sleeper berth and only passenger cars are allowed.
