In the morning of Nov 14, one GD 38,000T Bulk Carrier (TK1014) built for American Owner was successfully launched in mist. Shipyard standing deputy GM, Mr. Li Chuanping and representatives from owner and class attended the event.

In the end of 2013, shipyard secured 15 units of GD 38K Bulk Carriers’ order, five vessels have been delivered this year.

This year, with two subjects of “improving efficiency and reduce cost” and taking the advantage of sister vessels, shipyard’s market competitive power was further enhanced with the adoption of modern production mode, innovative workmanship and elaborate production organization.
