At 10:00 am of Nov 10, one 17.5K Product/Chemical Tanker built for foreign owner was ignited at Combination Workshop of New facilities. Shipyard leaders of Executive Deputy General Manager, Mr. Cai Aiguo, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Yang Jiongfeng, owner’s site representative and Class surveyors witnessed the milestone with group photos.

In Nov, 2015, Company concluded the NB Contract of 2+2 17.5K Product/Chemical Tanker with this owner. This steel-cut tanker is the first one of its series, which is a good symbol of products upgrade of KASC. Its date-of-art design, advanced equipment and environment friendly chrematistics  indicates the leading level of this tanker.
