The Christening & Launching Ceremony for 27000T Multi-purpose Vessel (TK0503) was held on August 8. The vessel was Christening as “ Lianhuasong”, which is the first ever vessel complied with PSPC by New Shipyard.

New Shipyard General Manager, Mr. Chen jianguo, owner’s Shipping Operation Department, Deputy General Manager, Mr. He Weijie, Owner’s site representative, CCS site surveyors attended the ceremony, which is presided by Deputy General Manager of New shipyard, Mr. Yang Jiongfeng.

Deputy General Manager, Mr. Yang Jiongfeng addressed: During the construction of this 27000T MPP Vessel, New Shipyard absorbed the successful experience from original shipyard to constantly improve workmanship, strengthen installation methods, strictly follow the construction requirement to ensure stable quality, which is also the results of common efforts of owner, class and service engineer. We will continue our concept of “observe contracts，stand by reputation and seek win-win” to built more qualified vessel to achieve mutual development with our clients.

Mr. He Weijie unveiled for MV “Lianhuasong”. Godmother Ms Zhang Yongmei Christened and strike champagne for MV “Lianhuasong”. The Main Parameters of the Vessel: Loa: 179.50m; Bm: 27.20m; Dm: 14.50m; Design Draft: 10.20m; Min Speed: 15.1 Knots, Class: CCS
